This is an index for aesthetics based on the culture of a nation, with its components being a product of a nation's economy, art, and historical context. In contemporary times, aesthetics tend to be multicultural due to the internet, so different ones do not have a firm identity or can be experienced by people via fiction or pictures. These aesthetics, however, make people who see it instantly identify it with that nation, either through art history, subcultures originating from that region, or imagery that is tied to nature and products that can only be found in that country. Some aesthetics might also have broad origins, as they may be able to be assigned or associated with multiple countries at once.
Since various countries, regions and ethnic groups also participated in certain international aesthetics, see also: Aesthetics by Origin (Category)

Please note that created aesthetics are not accepted here. As the J-fashion scene has spread around the world, many non-Japanese people create their own interpretations of Japanese and Kawaii-inspired fashion. Those are often not found in street snaps in Japan and thus should not be associated with the country.

Broad Pan-Ethnic Aesthetics[]
Some aesthetics may not be connected to a particular nation, but a specific group of cultures, a continent or a diaspora. For example, Cottagecore is inspired by European cottage life, Villagecore is inspired by sub-saharan African towns and Reggaeton holds popularity in most Spanish-speaking countries. Below, you can see all the aesthetics linked to a particular ethno-linguistic group or continent.
