Clip Art Cool is an aesthetic popular in the 90s and early 2000s. Clip art is the most identifiable use of this aesthetic, but not all clip art is Clip Art Cool. Clip Art Cool is playful without alienating polite (corporate) society. To be Clip Art Cool, you must ride the line between rebellion and joyful participation in normal society, always deferring to societal norms.
