Please do not include real aesthetics, such as Barbiecore or Bubblegum Bitch, on this list. These are Easter eggs and invalid aesthetics that do not actually exist.

This genre of aesthetics is a unique one: here's where creators can let their hair down (within reason) and just have fun making a goofy aesthetic. However, if one is to make a Joke Aesthetic, it still has to be formatted in a way similar to standard aesthetics. Parodies of pre-existing aesthetics are also encouraged.

Communities that make joke aesthetics often have their own aesthetic values that the aesthetic community online see as undesirable and ugly, such as Bastardcore and Mall Ninja. These aesthetics still should not be included, as those people are earnest in their appreciation.

Joke Aesthetics vs Meme aesthetics: What's the difference?[]

Many people confuse Joke Aesthetics with Meme Aesthetics. A joke aesthetic would be an aesthetic that was created to be funny, non-sensical, annoying, rage-inducing or a parody. Some examples of joke aesthetics would include Oversizedcockcore or Unliminal Space. Meanwhile a meme aesthetic is an aesthetic originating from meme culture, for example: Black-Holed Memes or Arabfunny.
