Ive had this piece from grr the lipper for a while, but I cant seem to find a way to make it cuter with accessories and stuff! What kind of stuff should I pair with it to make it more unique?

If so, I need help. I've been trying to make this ENA like character. I got the physical appearance down but it's the outfit I'm struggling with. This is what I have got so far:

I'm unsure if the outfit should be the aesthetics of my choosing (Glitchcore or Scene) or if it should follow the guideline as the other ENAs (wearing some kind of uniform) if any of you would show me your ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

My old bedroom is currently my guest room, and for whatever reason my parents kept the old wallpaper, so I designed a dress based off of it!

The green was supposed to be more of a grass green, but oh well.

I can imagine it being something Innocent World would make. I’m planning on taking sewing classes over the summer, so I might be able to find a good JSK pattern. I’d probably be able to find a good fabric with this type of stripes, but idk how I’d do the print… Maybe get a base color and embroider. I’d probably need some extra if I wanted a scalloped edge, but I’m an absolute beginner so maybe once I get good at it.

I thought i could make it a mix of vintage stuff, Kidcore and Dreamcore kind of
