It consists in low quality everyday photos. It's supposed to make you feel nostalgic and maybe uncomfortable or disoriented.
The photos are the kind of photos that you could have on your phone: houses, flowers, landscapes...
Is there an aesthetic that fits this description?
It is, in other words, an outdoor version of liminal spaces. If this aesthetic isn't labelled yet, how can I do it?
This aesthetic features great mountains and gigantic empty spaces. It's supposed to make you feel like you are the last person on Earth.
There aren't any people.
The game "Shadow of The Colossus" captures this feeling very well, especially the PS2 version
