Doesn't have to be super elaborate to have motifs derived from vectorheart, the CGI shapes are Y2K. Also, that specific combo of the logo font with the flat vector graphics, the subtle 45 degree edge cut, and the superfluous 'techno' elements push it into vectorheart territory

I've seen the Parisian 'curly graphics, cosmopolitan cafe' style in some graphic design books from the early 2000s, seems related to the Shoe Diva aesthetic popular around the same time.
