These are rainbows that are desaturated and vary in how desaturated they are.

When I mean popular, I don’t necessarily mean fashion, but I mean in media. It feels like there is this rise of colorful characters that embody kidcore or clowncore such as Jevil from Deltarune, Sundrop and Moondrop from Fnaf: Security breach, Welcome Home, and Digital Circus. Is it just me making connections that don’t exist? Is it trend? How and why is this happening?
