I feel like we need more people in this direction of aesthetic to be able to make a page, but hey, at least it's not just one person anymore.
as for what i'd like to convey with my aesthetic is a tranquil, but lonely feeling that has visited me for many years.
put shortly, it's an aesthetic meant to comfort you from all these kinds of things. experiencing something beautiful all on your own, and wishing you wasn't enjoying it alone,
deep longing to be closer to your friends, but combined by fear of scaring them off. lots of escapism. the feeling that you shouldn’t be around people, combined by the want for connection. all kinds of loneliness that you can experience even among other people.
personally, when i start to feel lonely like this, i tap into the comfort of the aesthetic, and start envisioning things like soaring above clouds, standing under a streetlight in a dark winter night, or floating underwater, usually with some sort of light involved. that's why my moodboard features all of these. i think they come from the "experiencing something beautiful all on your own" side, because i've seen scenery like that a lot when i'm on my own.
i really should have put some jellyfish in there too though!
Out of the ones you've picked, solacecore definitely sounds the best though
Oh right i forgot to mention you don't have to end an aesthetic name with -core, there are many aesthetics without a suffix, and if you do want one there are others

Huh, we have similar aesthetics. mine's more red, and has some different visuals. but the core feelings are pretty similar! i was thinking of calling it driftwave or something like that, though your names are great too!

no, i wasn't talking about your aesthetic, i was talking about the nymphet aesthetic.
my point was that nymphet and your aesthetic only seem to overlap at a few points, like the youthful vibe and the cherry stuff. and the nymphet aesthetic can be a bit dangerous to get into if you're not careful!

i really wouldn't say that, that aesthetic is NOT about the cherries, it's centered around the film adaptations of the book lolita by vladimir nobokov. it can get quite icky at times, so i'd be careful with that one

i think the upper one is going to read better in a small format (like a pfp), i don't think you'll be able to see the swing on the other one
