Mostly for music. I'm writing a story and I wanted to make a Spotify playlist to listen to while I write for gathering new ideas and for immersing myself into the story and the world. I have Autumn, naturecore and cottagecore in mind.
The theme/vibe I'm going for, in some example sentences, would be like staying in on a rainy day, sipping hot tea while assembling a jigsaw puzzle and there's a fire crackling in the hearth. A summer day where you go on an adventure in the forest, gathering flowers and berries and mushrooms, then in the evening you watch the sun go down and catch fireflies and lie in the cool grass, staring up at the stars with your friends.
I want to capture that feeling in music. Nostalgic and pastoral, but I'm having a difficult time finding new songs I haven't heard already. Are there any aesthetics I'm missing?
