Oh my god I LOVE this!!! So nice looking, I'd read that
Awe! That sounds really sweet and fun! We have After Hours, Dazecore, Liminal Space, Cloudcore to a certain degree, sometimes Lo-Fi, and Dark Paradise. come to mind.
I'll tell you when I was 17 I was really into grunge and indie, but Asherall is right.
A tip for creating usernames I saw recently from our resident creative genius @Graviphantalia goes something like this (I added the words you wanted to use for some ease):
- (Noun)and(Noun) Ex: fearandsadness
- (Adverb)(Verb in infinitive) Ex: Suddenlyfearful
- (Adjective)(Noun) Ex: sadstrawberries
- (Adjective)(Verb in infinitive) Ex: Sadlydreaming
- (Noun)(Verb in infinitive) Ex: Fearfalling
Hiya! I love these shoes, they're so fun. I'd agree with Bloomcore, however, these photo examples can apply to a variety of different aesthetics depending on what they're styled with. This includes Mote Kei for an everyday modest, feminine look, Chic Modernism if paired with something classic and timeless, Corporate if styled with wide-leg trousers and a matching top (or a nice sheath dress), or even Boujee if you wear a matching cocktail dress. I could also say Preppy depending on the context and dress code. There are a variety of possibilities with these. I'd also like to add these types of shoes can also be referred to as "chunky heels", so that's another term you may want to try. Here are a couple of places that may have what you're you're looking for, I would definitely recommend thrifting and searching on Etsy, too:
What kind of character are you creating? What's their purpose?
Glad you found it!!
Hey there and welcome! Glad to have you! So Danganropa is a piece of specific media and we don't necessarily make aesthetics that revolve around specific pieces of media. In fact, it's against our guidelines. It could encompass many different aesthetics including Anime, but it likely isn't just that one itself and is a bunch of aesthetics merged together. I'm not familiar with Danganropa myself, but I'm generalizing as most entertainment media follows this merging format. I've actually been seeing people in comments on pages diagnosing characters' aesthetics!
Everyone has their own blend of aesthetics, it's really fun to make it up. I'm currently working on my profile to do this, too. We have a bunch of users who make their own aesthetic pages in their profiles to showcase them! See if you can find some for inspiration. Some good one's to look at is graviphantalia's and PaintingArtist's if that's how you'd like to go about it.
Those pics are TOTALLY Nautical and City Pop!! Ugh so pretty <3
I'll tell you, we all looked this one up and were absolutely shocked to see that this was legit. It did not in the slightest sound like a thing that existed, so we are all just hung in disbelief. Since it is in fact a popular aesthetic according to social media tags and articles, we WILL be utilizing it. Thank you for shedding this....very interesting light.
I don't think it's gorp.... But don't worry, you don't need one specific label for your aesthetic! We have a really helpful article article on how to blend your aesthetics in the How to Find my Aesthetic page in the About tab! For you I would recommend taking a look at the Rainbowcore, Gorecore, Military, Glitch, Post-Apocalyptic, and Weirdcore pages if you haven't already.
I agree with all but maybe Cult Party Kei, I'd say simply Pastel
Not a stupid question! The ARG you described would likely fall under Horror and Nintendcore.
I'm seeing a lot of Vintage 50s-80s in your first board link, your second board is more vintage Boujee. We do have an Old Hollywood page here, and you might like vintage Baddie too!
I second Scene!
Looks like Indie Kid mixed with Kidcore, Happycore, and Rainbow! How cute!
