Is this even an aesthetic?
I feel like underground "comix" from the 60s-70s have their own aesthetic. Do they fit under a already established aesthetic? Do they have their own? Does it even have a name?

Lostwave is basically clips of songs or anything else really that is considered lost media (or at least was at one point). The most notable examples are "Ulterior Motives" (aka "Everyone Knows That"), "Like the Wind" (aka the Most Mysterious Song on the Internet) and "Digital Girl" (which sadly turned out to be a hoax).
I think lostwave can apply to media besides music, like "The Day The Clown Cried", or something that was once lost media but is now found, like Quantum Quest: A Cassini Space Odyssey, which was found around 2 years ago and is notable as the only acting role of Neil Armstrong.
I feel like lost media as a certain aesthetic that I can't quite pick out.
Does anyone else feel this way? Is this even an aesthetic?
