Here’s a list of 80s style and music pages I’m trying to bring awareness to (I’ve edited most of them) and some that have yet to be added. I’ve especially done a lot of work reworking Woodland Goth because there have been examples of style and music fitting that aesthetic since the 80s.

I added extra photos for Woodland Goth just to really illustrate that this aesthetic has existed since the 80s.

There are a lot more Punk sub-genres that have existed since the 80s, although they haven’t been listed yet (like Hardcore Punk, though Queercore has thankfully been put amongst aesthetics already).

Edit: I strongly believe all Weirdcore comes from Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart, The Residents, and Devo.

What's my aesthetic

I kind of already know my aesthetic, but my new year resolution was to develop my own personal style so this seems like a fun way to start.
