The theme would basically be -kidcore and bright colors, 2000s anime girls, sanrio, pastels, bright colors, fever dream imagery, sparkly pics in blingee, windows, mushrooms, mlp, sparkledogs, Cherries, and Lisa frank.

Fashion: almost anything from InControl Clothing h, anything w computer visuals, PLATFORM BOOTS [extra points for colorful ones], black jeans, colorful shortalls, fishnets, oversized shirts/hoodies, shit that would piss you off/make you slightly uncomfortable but in a cute way, candy-like accessories, layered chains, RINGS, generally vulgar things (my favorite necklace is pastel and says Kutabare (fuck you in Japanese)), baggy/oversized anything, beanies, anything checkerboard print
