I'm a boy and I really like fairycore. Is there any way I can dress in that style without looking like a girl or like I'm crossdressing? I don't mind wearing a feminine aesthetic, I just don't wanna look like a girl. Any ideas to masculinize it?

Okay, I know its been a hot minute, but I wanted to do an update on the goblincore, witchore, fairycore, hippie aesthetic necklaces that I made. I finally opened the shop- stoat and oak curiosities on numonday. Its kind of hard to find so I'll put a link in the comments if anyones interested, but I just want to share the tings I've made and the absolute bangers of photos I have.

How do I know what my aesthetic is? I mean, I love all the Academias (specifically Dark Academia), Royalcore is gorgeous, Dazecore is what my life constantly feels like, Cottagecore and Fairycore are adorable... how am I supposed to know which one fits me the best?

I’ve been in the community of aesthetics for quite a while. i’ve made changes on a few pages, and i’ve helped others find their aesthetics. my personal aesthetic has changed a few times, but i’ve figured it out. yet, suddenly, i just feel..odd.

My favourite aesthetics are by far the fairy tale, peter pan, fairycore, fantasycore, cottagecore, fairy academia aesthetics. i’ve always loved the idea of magic, fairy tales, disney and femininity in several different sources. it’s my passion. but when it comes to physical aesthetics, it changes a lot. i find that i express myself the most when dressing masculine, although some days i feel more feminine. i’m always good on the feminine days, but on the masculine days it just feels off. my passion doesn’t fit as well with masculinity. if you’re interested, could you perhaps help  me figure out how i can mix my two aesthetics to feel the most me? i have a reference board:

So I've been thinking about my aesthetic lately, and after talking with an aesthetically-minded friend of mine, I've decided on a combination of Indie and Fairycore as my main aesthetic, but I have some pretty Tweencore stuff too (likely due to being a tween when I got most of my current clothes xD). More Indie, I think, but with the pastels, sparkles, and jewelry from Fairycore. In Taylor Swift albums (because I'm like that), it's like Folklore and Evermore but also some 1989, especially Wildest Dreams, This Love, and Clean. I'm thinking about updating my aesthetic for the new school year, e.g. I love the saying, "Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup", and I have a hot-pink T-shirt that says that, but it's getting kind of small and I was thinking of giving it to my younger sister and getting a new one in medium-gray with pastel pink lettering, which I think fits my aesthetic better. However, I'm sort of stuck on other clothing items-- I'm into things like cardigans in pale gold, silver/gray and pastel (I would love white but I can't wear white clothes due to being both a chocolate lover and a messy eater xD) and jeans or leggings (such as my pair that's black with pink flowers), but I hate being hot in the summer, which sort of limits my options. Plus, if I can get in a red scarf with my cardigan (especially if I hit the red lips and rosy cheeks as well), then I'm checking all the Swiftie boxes! Even better if it's also raining at 2AM... Also, does anyone have name suggestions for these vibes, and do the names Kate and Mila fit with them? Thanks!

If any of you guys have seen the classic disney movie Halloweentown, please let me know! I’ve already classed my aesthetic as Fairy Academia, but my favourite movie of all time is Halloweentown. Is there an aesthetic that combines the two? Maybe Witchcore? Im feeling rather halloweenish today.

I’ve really been trying to be myself lately. I’ve finally realized who I am—what my interests are! And I’ve looked through many aesthetics and related to them, but the one that I think fits me the most is fairy academia. Is this accurate? Here’s some things to know:
