A lot of these aesthetics from the 2000s and early 2010s overlap, so it can be tough to tell them apart. Think of them as different "flavors" of the same era.
Teenpunk is all about the commercialized pop-punk music of the 2000s. Its whole vibe comes from figures like Avril Lavigne, so you'll see a lot of skulls, checkerboard patterns, and guitars. It's that "edgy-but-safe" Hot Topic look. On the other hand, Scene Tween is a younger, more sanitized version of the Scene subculture itself, not the music. It takes the bright rainbow colors and animal prints from Scene and markets them to kids through stores like Justice. The key difference is the source: Teenpunk pulls from pop-punk music, while Scene Tween is a kid-friendly take on the Scene internet style.
The same goes for Curly Girly and Parisian Girly. Both are very feminine, but they have different themes. Curly Girly is inspired by the general "diva" pop culture of the 2000s. Its most telling feature, and where it gets its name, is the use of ornate, curly fonts on everything. It's a bubbly, sassy style. Parisian Girly, however, is hyper-focused on a very specific, romanticized stereotype of Paris. The easiest way to spot it is the constant use of the Eiffel Tower, poodles, and a strict pink, black, and white color scheme. So, if the theme is "pop diva," it's likely Curly Girly; if it’s "cliché Paris," it's definitely Parisian Girly.
Bro Hoe is the outlier because it's tied to a specific regional lifestyle. It's a Southern California look that blends an edgy, tomboy attitude with McBling and Scene fashion. The biggest giveaways are the brands (think graphic tees from Ed Hardy, Metal Mulisha, and Fox Racing) often paired with trucker hats. It's a "party girl who hangs with the motocross guys" vibe, which makes it distinct from the more mainstream, mall-focused styles of the others.
Hope this helps :)
