I tried to make an actual heisei retro avatar in Roblox..

Almost everything labeled as heisei retro in Roblox was either:

Juminocore (essentially the westernized, modern heisei retro in TikTok’s hands, which is what I did not want),

A form of Mori kei

Whimsy Twee

or most of all, Igari (which is literally a makeup style, not a fashion or aesthetic.)

It was kinda hard, but here it is..:
