Ok so hear me out, what if there was an aesthetic similar to "So Retro" called nostalgia bait?

Basically those "pov 2000s kids," "2000s stores that you will never shop at again," TikTok / Instagram Reel videos. Also any one of those videos that uses the exact same "nostalgic aqua" song (if youve seen any of these, you probably know the one.), or accounts like "90skids4lyfe" (no disrespect to him or his account, just a good example of the aesthetic.) I'd also qualify the "Pizza Hut Classic" restaurants which is just a modern day Pizza Hut that's made to remind people of the older "sit down restaurant" type of place that people are nostalgic for when discussing Pizza hut.

Basically my concept for the "Nostalgia Bait" aesthetic would be the *trend* of nostalgia, irather than actual nostalgia itself, and/or the commercialization of nostalgia.
