I had a dream that looked exactly like this but it was prairie dogs instead of badgers

While the low-budget flash animation accidentally approached superflat pop (especially superflat pop productions made in the west), this was accidental and due to the limitations of the media. If you wanna look at western Superflat Pop animations, look at Dexter's Laboratory, Meow, Powerpuff Girls, Invader Zim, Samurai Jack, Clone High... I'm not entirely sure just how widespread Adobe products were in the animation of these series, though, and certainly not all of them were superflat pop (e.g. Caillou and gerald McBoing-Boing).
