Im not sure, but you can still be scene without actually dressing like it. Some people online say it’s a music based subculture, but other people say it’s both music and fashion based..

Edit: i did some small researching, and apparently scene started out as a “poser” version of emo (only in it for the fashion and not music). Music and fashion is both important in scene but it leans towards fashion more. However, scene fashion pays lots of attention to patterns, colors, and accessories, so you can find things very cheap.

It’s not what makes you a person or builds your personality

You might like both, there’s no need to try to one, you can try both or perhaps mix.

Yet, It’s quite unhealthy to try to force yourself into the mold of an aesthic, I’m no doctor or anything, but I suggest to not force into that.

I’m not saying to not like or or not to be part of your personality, just that… don’t try it out as your main personality origin.
