u could find them at a thriftstore, personally i don't like stores like dollskill but u can find stuff somewhat similar to this. i think her outfits are definitely gothic-adjacent & frilly

i also noticed the costume designer took inspiration from a show from 1990 for Lisa's outfits, which incorporated a lot of bagginess & chunkiness that u could probably find v easily
