I also added the pink flower crown on Dr. Mystery’s head, and I make them hold a syringe on the right hand, and a rainbow lollipop on the left hand. The syringe on the right means that is filled with Happy Juice, a medicine to keep their patients happy. The lollipop on the left means that she craves for candy and sugary sweets.
