Its a subculture with its main difference being fashion. But also being a sub culture it'll make the experience more fun to get into some of the music, games and shows. The fashion would be the most important part, then the music (because its derived from another music based subculture). That being said, you should also never have to change how you act to fit someone else's idea of an aesthetic 😁 especially one based on being different. So ofcourse its okay

How does one "act scene"

@Zazlesynth1 do you remember chloe price from life is strange? I have a feeling it'd be pretty similar. Obviously with many differences depending on the person, but acting out like that, rebellion, indulging in doing what you want regardless of the consequences and being mostly led by feelings. There's also Anna Blue, who is a German singer, but also has comics with emo and scene characters. And My Digital Escape on YouTube (that was an era 😅)
