Aesthetic Cuisine

So this was actually brought up on the Aesthetics Wiki Discord server and I think this is an interesting point of discussion: food inspired by aesthetics. Yeah yeah, we have aesthetics inspired by food, but what about the idea of food inspired by aesthetics? Like flavors that can take you to that particular aesthetic the way good international cuisine can take you to its country of origin just by taste? Like some freshly baked bread and real farm-to-table fresh ingredients taking you to the realm of Cottagecore or a nice slice of piping hot pizza taking you to the realm of Arcadecore or even Vaporwave?

Where do you guys stand on the idea of cuisine being the next stage of aesthetic evolution, much in the way it's played a role in both music and fashion?

I mean, it sounds pretty interesting, but like, there's so many similar foods, and people see and feel thing different ways, so there's no guarantee it'll work.

Like rainbows. Everyone sees them differently, because everyone is different. Our eyes work differently, and there's no way to prove we all see the same colours.

@OSC221 Do you not thing there can be a visual component to food? Presentation can play a big role in food... plus, there's already non-visual components associated with aesthetics as it is (music being a key example of this). That's why I bring it up in the first place.
