It could fall under Cartooncore for its cartoonish graphics. It could also fall under Paramilitary, as the game centers around mercenaries, and I find it has environments, story, and capitalist overtones which carry a tongue-in-cheek corporate spirit, like that of vaporwave, albeit with an even more retro (1970s) spin.
