So, I am making an oc that was the experiment of crazy doctors, who gave powers to that character but at the cost of their sanity, the character is disorientated and doesn't understand what is happening in their surroundings, and nobody else can understand what they say

Some ideas I have is that they have a phone as a tail, but this phone is broken, one of their eyes looks like a glitched computer, and the other looks like smoke

What I'm having the most problems with is their outfit, I have no idea about it

It was originally an oc inspired by my fear of my diagnosed psychosis

So yeah, that's all about the character, is there any aesthetic that would fit them?
