some people with ptsd / other mental health issues can have panic attacks or other bad stuff because of triggers, and in trigger warning people put most common triggers ( some of them can even make people without ptsd uncomfortable) . Im sorry if I explained it weird or wrong, Im really bad in explaining things

one example is the weirdcore page, which has a trigger warning because the page is related to topics such as "dissociation/derealization/depersonalization"

i do not see how these topics can trigger people
