"She is a strong-minded, fearless, ambitious, and flirty young mobian. She has been known to seduce people with her adorning looks to get what she wants, such as chaos emeralds. However, she is actually quite compassionate as well, as seen from in most games she appears in, where she performs various kind and heroic actions. Though, Rouge does posses a caring side beyond her thieving ways having occasionally shown that she can be heroic and a touch ethical, even if it meant sacrificing something she really wanted to get her hands on. She is often capable of recognizing true evil when she see it. Regardless, her care is usually reserved for those close to her."
