Context is very important here, Its only derogatory when used in the context of trans women in the same way calling them 'men' would be derogatory.

Becuase the wiki page is not about trans women, i think it actually helps keep the divide between the two.

Plus, the aesthetic wiki doesnt have enough influence or clout to actually change the name culturally, so changing it here would just be inaccurate.
