Nu-goth? Seems more like gurokawa.

Gurokawa? I'd say Gurokawa would be more colourful than a simple outfit (Leather jacket, jeans) that's limited to one colour, which is black.

Yeah, maybe it's nu-goth. It has punk elements though. Black leather clothing and spiky accessories. It could also be grunge, but the modern take / punk grunge / alternative.
