definitely some sort of kidcore/decora. im not too knowledgeable in those areas so if you are willing totally check it out yourself! after a couple minutes of searching maybe check out a form of kei? i thought pop kei for a minute but it seems to have more saturated colors then the paler colors in the image. hope this helps! <3
also do check out a clown related aesthetic! the thing with aesthetics is that you may not get exactly what youre looking for but you can always combine multiple or even create your own! thats the beauty of aesthetics!
