I wouldnt say royalcore tbh cuz whilst rococo had to do with royals, the fashion and makeup of the era was so much more eccentric and detailed

Royalcore probably is the most rococo aesthetic out there. If you focus on the Marie Antoinette phase of this aesthetic I think it gets closer to what you want. Found this nice article in the same site
The 80s movement New Romantic was heavily inspired by Rococo decadence, but with a punk twist thanks to the fashion designs of Vivienne Westwood. (Rococopunk, I guess.)
Adam Ant did a pirate/highwayman variant of the style (as did Bow Wow Wow).
