Yes, it is possible to like almost everything and not have a specific aesthetic. I'd say that most people do not have a particular aesthetic and/or have no aesthetic whatsoever. "Aesthetic" is an arbitrary term used to categorize things - a genre, if you will. It is useful to find things that you might like, but it doesn't have as strong of a significance in most people's lives as some people here seem to think it does.
You can like an aesthetic without living an aesthetic. For example, I like Synthwave, but it doesn't impact me; you certainly wouldn't look at my life and so "oh, it fits into the Synthwave aesthetic." Similarly, there are people who enjoy Vaporwave, Ocean Grunge, or Cyberpunk . . . but a list of what they like might not reveal that, or would identify them as some other aesthetic. If you took all of my interests and hobbies, you'd probably come to the conclusion that my aesthetic is Dark Academia. Yet I have no interest in Dark Academia, nor would I label my personal aesthetic as Dark Academia. I'd call my personal aesthetic Voidpunk, but you wouldn't get that from a list of what colors and art styles and genres of music I like.

At the end of the day, you do not have to fit into a certain aesthetic, nor do you have to define what your aesthetic is. It's a mix of interests and personal tastes that forms over time, and is rarely something that can be encompassed by a single word(/words) or phrase or dictionary definition.
Side-note: The vast majority of the time, physical appearance bears no correlation to your aesthetic. Same goes w/ gender.
