I'd suggest looking under the Cute and Youthful categories, as well as under the related aesthetics for Kawaii.

Off the top of my head, I think that Pastel, Softie, Sanriocore, and Light Boredom share some similarities with Kawaii. Pastel Academia also applies elements of Kawaii to an academia setting, if you're into that.
