Looks like a mix of Beige, Minimal, and a touch of Light Academia. However, for us to actually be able to help you nail down your aesthetic, you are going to need to provide more images (at a higher resolution).

I would say Baddie more than Boss Babe. Personally speaking, the Boss Babe term has gotten to be more disparaging and describing poor suckers who get roped into multi-level marketing schemes than a confident, self-assured woman. Other than that, I agree with the aesthetic diagnosis; a healthy blend of Baddie, Beige, Minimal, Vintage, and Light Academia.
